Our Technical Services team – based at Hosokawa Micron’s dedicated private laboratory facility at Sci-Tech Daresbury in Cheshire – works discreetly with customers to develop and test high performance specifications and superlative processes for their new equipment and process systems in a controlled, exclusive environment, whether for pilot plant or full-scale production.

The team’s scientific, manufacturing and technical expertise is complemented by an expansive suite of innovative processing equipment and systems for powder and material testing – including machines for size reduction, air classification, cryogenic milling, sieving, mixing and powder characterisation – allowing customers to purchase Hosokawa Micron processing and containment equipment with complete confidence and bring new products to market more quickly and efficiently.
